Justin is the CEO of MycoMeditations, one of the worldˇs most respected psilocybin retreat providers. He has personally facilitated and overseen thousands of psilocybin therapy sessions and has guided business leaders and creative professionals through breakthrough experiences with precision and care. Prior to entering this work, Justin spent two decades in business, startups, and venture capital. He understands the high-stakes, high-pressure world executives live in and whatˇs required to truly evolve.

Sharon has worked with senior executives at some of the worldˇs most influential companies. Formerly a senior leader at Accenture and now a leader at Leadership Mindset Partners and Accelerating Performance Consulting, she is known for helping ambitious leaders grow into wiser, more authentic, and skillful versions of themselves. She is an accredited Master Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a UKCP-registered psychotherapist. With advanced training in psychodynamic therapy, she bridges psychological depth with strategic performance. Sharon has also trained in psychedelic-assisted development with Synthesis and the MIND Foundation in Berlin.

Mike has helped build MycoMeditations into one of the world’s preeminent psychedelic retreats. As business director, he has successfully implemented systems and managed projects across numerous divisions, including marketing, sales, technology, and operations. In addition to his business development roles, he has facilitated thousands of psychedelic sessions and possesses a deep history with psychedelics in his own personal development.
